    I am finding it mildly amusing that this particular announcement is flagged:-

    Price Sensitive: No

    I mean, changing a constitution to allow for on market buyback of one's stock surely couldn't have any impact on the stock price now, could it?

    Hopefully some good news for holders but I can't see them buying more than a token amount at the moment!
