Doyle, isn't a director (hence why I think he's votes may count at the EGM) - he's the alpha male of the group. I mean it, the guy hasn't had a success story with any of his "supposed" mining projects to date... but seems to have plenty mining investors. What sort of nuthead collects renumeration from a company as the CEO + CFO in the guise that he's setting up exploration/development projects around the world; and also charges investors at 6-10% to raise capital for the company? Then writes in SEC filing something along the lines of, 'We've lost another $10million this year, I don't see any need to continue with the copper project, I think it's a lost cause, I'm gonna write that one off; we're also out of money so I'm gonna have to raise more money for the company, and the company still OWES me $250k from the last raising I did'.
And Jeezus how in the world did he afford a villa there??? (on the island of the coast of the UAE, you know the one that was made into a palm tree) Anyone seen his collection of cars?
The Boardroom meetings I can imagine following the Boiler Room script, Doyle as Affleck, the other directors as the trainees trying to follow his footsteps.
