The loan is more likely to come after any CR, although may be considered and contingent in the planning of it. The funds would be used for further ramp-up up so should/will give us extra bang for our buck in any CR. Still, this is one nasty bucking bronco. More like a bucking bull that intends to stomp us (in the sensitive area).
