The Heranova trial in China is the most exciting aspect of MEM's current and future prospects IMO.

China is the one of the biggest markets globally for IVF, if not the biggest, and as per the above attached posts, China has active government policies which are promoting child birth within the declining population of China.

IMO, all things seem well aligned for MEM and Heranova to provide Felix as commercial solution to China's declining population problem. Interestingly, China is also globally known as a factory production powerhouse....and can produce products at a relatively cheap cost by global standards......so any commercial agreement between MEM and Heranova could also easily include the production of the Felix System in China at a relatively inexpensive cost of production (so many factories in China looking for new customers).

The Heranova study aims to test 50 patients in China and has been ongoing now for about 3 months. I can't imagine it would take long to complete a trial of 50 patients in China, considering they have such a large population (1.4 billion people).

IMO, an update on the Heranova agreement could be just around the corner......and could be potentially transformative for MEM as a company.

Another interesting prospect which we could receive an update on at any time is the Brazilian market entry via Lab Androscience.

Clinical trial was due to run for about three months...which is now near completion....and additionally Lab Androscience will also now have the MEM clinical trial results to review, which is of course a much bigger trial.

From the announcement in February:
"sophisticated investors associated with Laboratorio Androscience have expressed an interest in supporting Memphasys’ activities in the country............... they are likely to invest to facilitate market entry via a licensing arrangement...........the Company (MEM) will keep the market fully informed should a proposal be received that warrants disclosure."

i very much like what i am seeing with MEM at the moment.

so much potential on the horizon IMO.

MEM clearly allude to that potential in their most recent market sensitive announcement.

A $10 to $12 million dollar market cap for MEM is tiny compared to the IP we have on the Felix device (a technology which has been proven to be "best in class"). The market which is available to MEM via that IP and via the IVF industry is huge.

As per below slide, M&As are relatively common in this space.....and with such a small market cap....MEM could see itself as a target.

Cooper Surgical and Vitrolife are competitors in the healthcare equipment space , particularly in fertility and reproductive health technologies. Cooper Surgical, a subsidiary of Cooper Companies, develops products for medically assisted reproduction. Vitrolife operates in a similar field, making it one of Cooper Surgical’s top rivals.

My understanding is that Cooper Surgical has a market cap of approx US $15 billion dollars......and Vitrolife has a market cap of approx US $2.7 billion dollars.

Vitrolife currently has a distribution agreement with MEM on the Felix device.....and Cooper Surgical might want to eliminate that competition.

Imagine of Cooper Surgical decided to undermine its competitor (Vitrolife), by putting up an offer to buy MEM at its currently low market cap.

That would be quite the trump card for Cooper, essentially shutting its competitor (Vitrolife) out of the picture on an IVF technology considered to be "best in class".

It would really be something if Vitrolife come back with a counter offer......essentially starting a bidding war for the Felix device and or a M&A.

As per the above attached post.....merger and acquisition deals are quite common in this space.
