the 10-1 consolidation to me there is not enough explanation, the need to justify reasons why 10-1.

I feel beside organic growth in PH, they could have done more, not saying they should spend big and acquire for the sake of it on the high of the market, but look for other opportunities, does not have to be close to production, look for the right ground first.
