Intraday, RIC is down 8.2 per cent to $2.25 ( a drop of A$0.19) so 'Mr Market' is unimpressed by yesterday's announcement due to its long term effect on RIC's NPAT. The comments re headwinds would have been noted.
While I do not give investment advice - DYOR please - this may present an opportunity to top up.
The CEO will be highly skilled at ensuring RIC continues to do at worst OK and at best very well, notwithstanding current highlighted trading challenges.
