I'm not panicking but was replying to Coit's post where he specifically inquired if there was anything he was missing, in particular, regarding the potential of a "forced sale" in the event of a redomicile.
I am aware that different funds have different rules and provisions in this regard.
My enquiries thus far lead me to believe that my fund will not accomodate such a move and so, "if it occurs", I for one, will be a forced seller of my holdings which were purchased at a price well north of the current one.
This is neither a hand grenade nor speculative b/s.
Given the fact that a move to a larger exchange in America has been floated by the company I think it only prudent to examine the potential implications.
I would suggest same to anyone who has a holding in a retail super fund.
