My thoughts on the announcement remains as per my original opinion.
BRN has a history of offsetting less than desirable quarterly updates with a positive event / notification.
I believe this was the case here and although we have nil detail on how this will be executed, from the company's perspective it was viewed as positive news to shareholders. However those that feel the positivity needs to come in the form of instant money $$ may be dissaponted. It was simply an introduction to a proposed plan.
Unfortunately until further clarification, roadmap, clarification from the BOD, HC will remain the holders battleground for speculation.
Personally, I trade NASDAQ stocks both small caps & Mega caps.
The sheer volume traded and weight on good news those exchanges offer rewards a GOOD performer with a great chance of success.
If increased volume of engagements is a measuring stick for BRN, then being on the trajectory to becoming GOOD may be on the cards but many believe buying on the potential at $0.06 was a better risk to reward than buying when GOOD at $2-3USD.
If a plan is presented, it must include signed contracts in the coming 12 month period and being in the black before redomiciling.
