did the chinese offer actually cease / finish or just change condition to neg with others in lieu of absence of approval from oz gov?? remember that offer is much much higher
could the chinese reenter, ? as it would be cheaper for them to acquire than have to buy the ore of rio, the middle man and their JV mates being japanese.
