I have always appreciated your views and comments.
You seem to have a steady head and perspective on everything.
Your analysis of Abbott as a typical "Aussie bloke" is close to the mark.
Don't tell any one but I wear my speedos for the 6:45 am swim :-).
However, he is a bit too quick with the jab without thinking of the right cross or uppercut.
A man of toughness and perseverence and I am sure, compassion, but something seems to be lacking IMO.
I think it might be intellect. Not saying he is dumb, but I feel he is more influenced by his ideology (give me a child till he is seven....) rather than adult analysis of how the world works.
You never know how someone can perform and he has done better than I thought.
