They give lower end income tenants a 20% rent reduction.

Can you imagine the out cry that that will cause, even if you up the rent $100 per week, you would still be getting less than you would be, under the NRAS.
Even upping it 100 = useless investment.
Most people it would appear, have no idea of the real cost to an owner, for rental properties.
