I’ve seen Offtake deals that are most stupid so I don’t trust that all directors are doing the best especially when they haven’t outlined the terms of the deal, no transparency. I remember one lithium company did a stupidest deal to sell at a fixed price of $900 and missed the opportunity to sell at $8,000.

So far I’m not seeing any evidence that Ron is making an effort to reach out to customers who can provide funding. Seems lazy for the hard stuff. Wogen is as you said just a broker. And can only provide $4m for a deal potentially worth $3-$5 billion. It’s so stupid. There’s only one product to sell other than gold and Ron can’t sell it except thru a broker? I’m not buying this. It’s lazy.

not even enough to pay the year’s salary and incentive of 3 people on the bod. Thats 1/10 of 1% or tenth of a penny on the dollar, so tiny that there’s no coin in the world to compare with. If that how your business partner treats you, giving you dust on a scale, I would just chuck them out any day and let them drink their own bowls of frog soup.
