Yeah, I've had TMG on my watchlist since the 20th of September last year. I told myself I wouldn't buy in until the land access was approved (land access for the large purple area, that is), so I'll continue to wait. My trading risk is high, but not this high, unfortunately. I still see potential to make money even after the main land access is approved, so I can invest a larger amount with confidence, rather than a smaller parcel now and be unsure of what will happen.

Robbo was close, the purple area is roughly 325 acres of land, from what I can see.
