In a pan fry the following:
1 medium diced onion.
A few knobs of butter.
The add the following:
1 tablespoon mustard.
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
30 gm anchovies.
10 capers.
1 or 2 teaspoons pepper.
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce.
Also serve with the following mixture:
1 or 2 egg yolk.
2 tablespoons chervil or parsley.
4 chopped sage leaves or basil.
1 tablespoon chopped tarragon.
30 gm of anchovy fillets in salt and oil.
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.
