"happy to discuss other points of interest with you." = Sadly, you have demonstrated, that would be a waste of time (??), for a range of reasons, which you've spelt out in various ways and posts. The above para, is a good example.
It is not my nature, to just lay down with unsettle business, I'll always run the race until conclusion. Same with my hands on physical work, jack of all trades, but if it's not with perfection, it will be repeatedly done again until it is. It may stem from my Fitter Machinist apprenticeship, report from the Technical Collège = Painstaking but accurate lol.
The wife's Palace is an example LOL, many peoples comments are the likes of, the place is more like a resort lol. I had to laugh at a young lad, worker, during the Building stages, as It had been agreed upon, that I would be doing some of the tasks myself. I'm nothing to look at and slim, bush type guy and I think this guy just thought I was one of the workers and not a spy as well LOL. My wife had apparently dropped by and latter this guy come up, like he was exited, as in, and said - He had just met the owner of the Mansion, my wife LOL. I couldn't resist and laughed and said, OH,.... so you met my wife I see lol. The look on his face, was sort of priceless, he thought I was pulling his leg LOL.
It just goes to show, never judge a book by it's cover. I would often get asked by some of the tradie's, how many people are going to live here, there must be a lot,........yea, me and the wife, 3 cats and a little dog LOL. When we first moved in, it took me a week to find the wife LOL We've been here now 4-5yrs, and I still cant find stuff, from the move, too many storage places lol. I think the wife may have filled every wardrobe with her cloths, in every room and trying to invade my little corner LOL. Coming from nothing, a Black Shack until 16, no power etc, I could easily live in a tin shed.
