From the acknowledgements, my guess would be that the WBT authors (G.M. & I.N) were probably invited to contribute to this topical review type paper, as they would be regarded as leading experts in ReRam R&D. Note too in table 1, its interesting to see that WBT leads the pack of ReRam developers in terms of start-up funding in recent years (2022 & 2023). Also, the additional A$50m raised by WBT in 2024 is not even shown.
