I suspect 3 key things need to be sorted here before we see a significant re-rate:
- ATO approval to the proposed ~5cps Return of Capital, and the Board then resolving to make the RoC & setting a Record Date & a Payment Date;
- Resolution of the tax situation with Tanzania (surely TZ will drop this!?); and
- Resolution of the dispute with NNHL
That will then give us a known amount of remaining funds in the bank and clear focus on our SA drilling program and firming up a JORC resource.
