I received the mentioned form and I quickly “deposited” in the rubbish bin.
IMO this show that the only program PVL has it is to put the hands (grab) on the cash in the bank no other interest and/or future plan for PER. Upthedell mentioning dog is an insult for the dogs noble animal man’s friend.
