Unfortunately the new CEO Stuart gotta work with the failed and rubbish left by the old CEO Neil aka Pinocchio.....
He has no choice...... but, when he starts to bring his own ideas and contributions, then you will see a big difference I'd say.... the dead wood needs to get out.... old CEO will still be in the company a while... and probably sell some stocks in the process....
EXR was going to 1c nonbrainer earlier..... thank god the change in Management to bring some stability on the SP..... still.... until a concrete drilling or perhaps some new large investor or JV... the SP is not attractive to the market at all....
Most likely we will be re-teting 2.5c very soon.....
