Try telling the thousands of patients and their families waiting with hope where previously there was no hope “you’re going to have to wait longer.” Or “well, it’s the only drug that could help you, but the FDA won’t allow it because there is an “x”% risk of a SAE.” They’ll tell you to go to hell.
