The way I read it is this:

1. They have recruited seven (7) patients.
2. Of those patients, four (4) have been dosed
3. One (1) is waiting to be dosed
4. That equates to the five (5) manufacturing runs being completed
5. The remaining two (2) recruits are waiting for their manufacturing run.

So we are way behind schedule. They are supposed to be running at one patient every 28 days (at least). From the interview on 29/07 they were going to enroll 15 patients over a 12 month period with a go-slow for the first three patients to ensure safety and once deemed safe they could go faster.
