Agrees strongly with you. I think GMD SP is likely to claw back some of the loss provided gold price remains steady today. In the short-term gold price will be going through a consolidation period before continuing another leg-up. In the medum-term and long-term (i.e. until end of Trump's term) gold price will continue to rise and therefore the conditions are very conducive for GMD SP to rise a lot much higher.
