It is concerning but sadly also unsurprising that ASX has not intervened at all to ask LTR some price query questions.
The consistent and constant sell-down on what would generally be considered strong announcements should have forced the ASX to at the very least ask some questions, like;
Are you aware of any information concerning your company that has not been announced to the market, which, if known, could explain the recent trading in your securities?
Can you explain the recent decline in your share price and/or increased trading volume?
Has the company been aware of market speculation, analyst reports, or media coverage that could affect the share price?
Has the company conducted or planned any capital raisings, placements, or share issues that could influence market sentiment?
Have any shares from previous placements or IPOs come out of escrow, and if so, how has that been managed?
But alas, the ASX classic, speed brake you on the way up and wave at you on the way down, seems to be in full effect.
