Well then I agree with you that if it is kept until the AGM management will be openly showing their contempt for retail shareholders . Seems now that there has been a number of attempts to reduce retail shareholdings since last December . Looks a lot like they want to get their bonus shares asap and then accept a takeover before production . It is the most rational way to explain the AGM announcement .
