thats fine - you can see on the slide it says ph 1 then BP licence/deal. She means ph 1 then deal cause she spoke earlier in teh video about deals at phase 1 for those type of drugs.
Of course you can choose to be technically correct cuase she said "bring to market" or you can try to understand what is happening - she is saying a dela will be doen at phase 1.
