Yesterday's cleansing notice was supposed to be lodged within 5 business days of the issue of the new shares, so it was lodged late. In order to rectify the breach there is an administrative process whereby the court will need to be satisfied that it was an honest oversight.
Timing is a tad inconvenient given the massive gains on the US market so far tonight.
This is unlikely to come out of trading halt before Monday.
