The following gives IMHO a good starting point for this thread.
A false Christ can be someone whose actions and teachings diverge from the true teachings of Christianity as written in the orthodox versions of the Scriptures, especially when read in the original Hebrew for the OT and Greek for the OT (Septuagint) and NT. One main issue in determining who a false Christ is can be found in the teachings, relevant messages as well as the performance of miracles, which can be done even by Satan himself. The deception of many in the world today who claim to teach and talk about the so called true Christ are in fact just that; a deception, and as such must be made known in no uncertain terms to all to avoid being led down the wrong path which would result in failing to receive Salvation.
