not sure how to interpret the company’s $1.6m debt - approx half is money owed to directors and major shareholders, which is likely to be repaid in shares (not cash), I don’t think they disclosed who they owe the remaining money … maybe their have purchased seaweed inventory, and/or outstanding fees owed to the former CFO?
