I had a look at some of the claims against the Catholic Church.

Still live in the Dark Ages
Ironically, some who live in the dark ages are the ones who are most vocal in making these claims.
Reject modern ideas of justice and Oppose free speech
Catholics were among those who risked imprisonment, speaking against apartheid in South Africa and generally for justice and against injustice.
Oppress women
This accusation may stem from priests' roles being closed to women. I don't know what is behind the accusation.
Killed thousands during the Inquisition
I don't know the source of this accusation. I have never found any verifiable sources.
Take orders from the pope
Speak to Catholics and you will find this to be a fallacy.
Reject science
The CC may have been slow to recognise some scientific discoveries, but so are some scientists. Many scientists are reported to have rejected Einstein's theories in the beginning - scepticism is part of scientific discovery.
The CC has close connections with scientific institutions - for example, my daughter was taught evolution at a Catholic school.
Worship statues and the Virgin Mary
Showing respect for Mary by bowing in front of a statue of her is not the same as worshipping her.
Added books to the Bible
Well, of course. The CC church decided which books to include in the Bible from many candidates.
Celebrate pagan holidays
Rubbish sprouted by anti-CC based on an unfounded obsession with paganism
