1) merge;
2) consolidate; and
3) sell out at some s*** price that will only make the Board filthy rich (their freebies will come in handy here).

IMO, the incompetent, self-serving bar*****s, running this mess have been bilking it dry for years.

No use living in false hope people, that strategy hasn't worked from 0.39c all the way down to 0.017c.

That this disgusting situation is permitted to thrive everywhere on the ASX is disgraceful.
