I don't know, but I wouldn't necessarily think so, the mining region is quite far from where the epicentre was (relatively speaking within Myanmar, that is). I'd expect it to be the level of damage that would disrupt operations if everything were currently functioning, but on the scale of "mining region that has been shut down for 2 years" probably not that much of an impact considering how much other work would be involved in a restart anyway.
Tin mining resumption talk that was postponed happened today apparently, can't see many public details about it yet but seemingly talk of government fees increasing. Perhaps more details to come from an ITA release or tentatively from the twitter grapevine.
