We already had the "ceasing to be a substantial shareholder" notice issued from Cumulus on 16/4/2025. They a sold about 23m shares in March 2025 dropping them below 5% and no further notices required after dropping below 5%.
Presumably they have sold a few more during April and maybe 10.5m through COE today? I think Retzos had about 38m of them so could be out now. Would like to be proven wrong.
