    Well price in this instant is a direct response to the snnouncement. It tells sentiment. It's not just a moment in time. If price was just a moment in time then why to the sprinklers go silent when price drops? Why do they feel compelled to justify the price drop from over $10 to $1.60s?

    why did NASDAQ listing respond so negatively to the announcement?
