its been about 15 months and 10 patients enrolled (is that right?) So they enrol about 1 Patient every 3 months. Why would the enrolment rate suddenly change? Maybe they have 1 more patient maybe 2 since Jan. imagine how long it will take to do a rego trial of 50 patients +. But perhaps they will have more hosptials in phase 2/3 trial.
