I don't see how you can say most agree with you on this. I certainly don't and I agree with Slim that the quote you've posted and the passages you've underlined give no credible indication that land access is near. And while we're here, how often have you posted this? Not only in this forum but in other TMG forums. So you know, if you can repeat yourself so too can others.
