ASX investors aren’t great at valuing pre-revenue biotechs, so RAC would struggle to get a true peak revenue multiple. The market cap won’t reflect future value, because many investors can’t wrap their heads around a multi billion dollar pre-revenue biotech. Unlike US markets, where billion-dollar pre-revenue biotechs are common.
