Well there are 110 million shares+ held by malignant forces , PVL and backers. Are they set to launch another attempt on PER (using the 5% transferred to connections last week, PVL itself can't launch another vote for 12 months) ) or are they now sellers ? Garner has some clear air for a bit to finalise a deal, but PVL could continue to try and block this by keeping PER tied up in general meetings! this is certainly possible . So still think Garner needs to find an early stage insto investor willing to back him to get the share price above cash backing , or else the threat of a vote will continue .
