The remainder of the offers being made pursuant to the Prospectus are due to close tomorrow 11 February 2005. The public offer remains subject to completion under the asset purchase agreement with Renison Consolidated Mines NL and completion under the share sale agreement with Taroom Coal Pty Ltd as detailed in the Prospectus.
