I think the Government will lodge the bundle, don't need any adverse PR prior to election. Once new Government is sworn in, the NOPTA approval window officially re-opens. Mediation should commence fairly quickly once swearing in completed. I wouldn't want to be sitting my buy at $0.003 at that point, good chance to be left behind.
