Double Dutch
As usual.
Not sure why they just can’t they just tell us in a language that relates to the last report. It’s sounds like Boeing have not forwarded the completed proposal (or whatever they want to call it this time) to the FAA. But somehow they’ve made it sound it positive by introducing more silly double talk.
So; it’s going great but it’s not ready still. Idiotic expression and a different description each time they talk about it. Just rubbish talk.
