No, she is on the record. I don't know for certain but it is safe to assume a S59 notice was issued by Husic, likely around September 2024 co-inciding with his "preliminary advice". It appears Houssos, at her discretion, elected not to reply in the 30 day timeframe, enabling Husic to issue his decision without reference to NSW. If Husic failed to issue a S59, which the court bundle will show one way or the other, then Husic is in a power of hurt.
