Buy back on share's would be a great move. Add support to the buyer side of share purchases. If enough shares are bought back the cancelled shares make the remaining owners hold larger portions of the company even though the number of shares held remains the same. ( movements are equal to all remaining holders) Woukld be a very supportive move for this company.
