They are in exploration, cheap shares or not dilution is essential to fund exploration and to align director interest with the company share remuneration is essential, KNB have accumulated a portfolio of exploration assets that have mine potential and could be regarded as T1 calibre. High risk / high reward. The past 12m have been transformational for the business...
Given you're likely a top 20 shareholder or bordering on this distinction I also find it very hard to believe your naivety to this....I also find it astonishing you can't find the director remuneration report or at the very least too lazy to do a quick google search given how large your investment is.
