I'm well verse on the IRR sensitivity to POG, and I prefer the chosen $2100/oz price - however, at the end of the day - Perseus are only entitled to pre-tax ~75% after the royalty. (not that this is hard to model, I just haven't taken the time to).
But, on the surface, the FS does seem to justify the investment decision - I'm just 'less' excited than I previously was.
