Certainly agree with some of your comments however there are some statements made, those with the word "probably" that need to be disputed. So:
    • They probably forgot it was listed .Really just a silly statement. They didn't forget to place the trading halt. They would be fully aware of the listing.
    • Probably won't even trade again. Really??? You base that comment on what exactly.
    • Primary markets probably happy for it not to be listed aswell. Right, again please let us know on what basis they would not want this trading.
Probably is another word for assume. A statement without fact.

As for liquidity when first listed. Splitit needed to inform shareholders that this would be the case but you need to remember that was 18 months ago and Splitit has moved on significantly since. I have little doubt that if Splitit performs well sophisticated investors and retail investors alike will have no problems finding Splitit on Primary Markets.

Additionally, Motive have tipped in $50m US. You really don't think their investors would want a return. How would that be achieved? Dividends, certainly not yet. Takeover at an elevated price, would be nice but perhaps not likely yet. Rising SP, the most likely from all three options. They will re-list although where maybe up for question. There will be buyers particularly if Splitit continues its current path and the SP will be at a premium to what it last traded.
