They are capped at 20% of the total shares on issue. Hence every time they are about to convert they need to sell equivalent amount of shares to avoid going over the threshold.
They can’t technically buy on market themselves to pump the share price otherwise will easily go over 20% threshold, will need different entities to facilitate this process.
Right now the share price of OSX doesn’t really translate to what the overall market thinks, but instead it is purely how this fund wants to make it worth for their own interests, which is pretty sad for other holders.
