My main concern relates to the date of this news being 21/4/2025:
CALGARY, Alberta, Apr. 21, 2025 – TwelveSix Services Ltd., a Calgary-based advisory firm specializing in data centre infrastructure and power project development, is pleased to announce its engagement by KALiNA Distributed Power (KDP), a wholly owned Canadian subsidiary of KALiNA Power Limited (ASX: KPO). Under this engagement, TwelveSix will lead the targeted sale of three strategically positioned project sites in Alberta: Clairmont Energy Park, Gilby Power Park, and Saddle Hills.
Especially in relation to the earlier announcement from KPO which states:
KDP is also negotiating engagement terms with professional advisors to represent KDP in Potential Site Sales of the Saddle Hills site and one or more of its Power-CCS sites.
The two combined make me think that the process is glacial with them only just agreeing to engagement terms.
