Imo this coy will go private, Chinese will scoop the lot as the rewards are down the track for the holders and will follow the trend in Broken Hill like BMX and CBH.
Shareholders are only 'initial' stakeholders and will be treated as such and rightly so....the market is dog eat dog and everyone needs to understand this. The BHill shareholders would fully understand this concept as the GFC bought realism back to the market and minds of investors and their paltry but important holdings in local companies got thrown out with the dirty water...a brilliant and sobering experience on how companies management seek to not only ensure the company can survive, but to make sure that they themselves and their interests survive and prosper, no matter what the outcome for the 'backbone' supporters...those that went to shareholder meetings here for a sandwich and a handshake, beleving the spiel.. those who believed personal interests of directors wouldnt conflict with their company....reality bites but smarter and more savvy market participants emerge.
