Post merger completion we will have around $220m and with an ongoing cash burn of ~$10m a quarter that gives us 22 quarters or 5.5 years for a turn around in the lithium market. Based on growing demand (see PLS quarterly) and it being uneconomic to bring on new supply I think we are okay.
