My guess would be that Harris/Gandur will prefer for it to remain listed and the court would require a reasonable offer to avoid complications of parties that are clearly adversarial. Guess we'll see but we'll see a tree shake as smaller holders ponder what it means for them.

With so many shareholders this will likely remain an unlisted disclosing entity.
